Dollar Debt Donation reserves the right to change the terms and conditions without notice at any time.
Privacy is important to us. Dollar Debt Donation will not share information obtained by donors for any purpose other than to contact possible future recipients of fundraising efforts.

Refunds are not given as all donations are voluntary. Receipts for donations will be emailed once donation is received for record keeping and charitable tax deduction purposes.
PayPal is used in order to better insure transaction security.
Money transaction problems can be handled with PayPal support. In the event of a problem with money transactions contact them at paypal.com or by phone at 1-888-221-1161 (a U.S. telephone number) 4:00 AM PST to 10:00 PM PST Monday through Friday 6:00 AM PST to 8:00 PM PST Saturday and Sunday. Fundraising efforts for each individual recipient will not exceed $100,000 USD for any given cycle. This is to ensure that Dollar Debt Donation can help more individuals and families and that the odds of becoming the next recipient stay relatively high within each cycle. Debt can include and is not limited to student loans, medical bills, credit card debt, and past due mortgages provided that recipients understand that Dollar Debt Donation will only collect funds for up to $100,000 USD. Dollar Debt Donation reserves the right to change the limit at any time as is deemed necessary. Dollar Debt Donation excludes private notes from being included in a recipient’s debt to be paid, as those cannot be properly verified. Dollar Debt Donation will not cover any debt that cannot be properly verified.
Fundraising efforts also will not exceed the amount of debt the current recipient has regardless of Dollar Debt Donations fundraising limit. Furthermore, all debts will be paid directly from Dollar Debt Donation to the recipients debtors. (Example, Dollar Debt Donation will pay the money raised directly to a credit card company or medical bill collector, and will not give money directly to the cycle recipient). Additionally, debt will be verified before a raffle winner is qualified as the next cycle’s recipients.
Upon being chosen as a recipient of Dollar Debt Donation fundraising, recipients may need to sign documentation allowing Dollar Debt Donation to contact their debtors for purposes of obtaining information needed to pay their debts.
Recipients will be chosen randomly from each cycle’s pool of donors and their debt will be qualified before becoming officially declared as the next Dollar Debt Donation recipient.
100% of the profit after expenses goes to paying the cycle recipient’s debt. Dollar Debt Donation does its best to keep expenses to a minimum in order to reach each cycle’s goal as quickly as possible. If you prefer to send a check or money order 100% of that money can be applied directly to the recipient’s debt. These funds can be sent to 7770 Telegraph Road Suite E-193, Ventura, CA 93004.
